Kathleen and I went to a museumabout American old wedding.
We saw a lot of
exhibits. We saw some exhibits about Japanese women too. We saw
some wedding dresses. There were both dresses with old designs and
those with the latest designs in the museum. I was surprised
how stylish those old designed dresses looked. After that, Bill, Kathleen and I went shopping. Bill bought chocolate for Kathleen and me. He bought me some coconut white chocolate. The chocolate was my favorite. I chose five kinds of yogurt for myself. After shopping, we went back home. We saw the beautiful sunset on our way, and we took some pictures. Kathleen likes seeing the sunset and taking pictures. Bill's friend, Mr. Jim, came to our home that day. They had an important meeting about astronomy. Mr. Jim was very friendly. |

We went to
church. I had never been to church, so I was excited. I had imagined that the
church had an grave atmosphere. My expectation was completely changed. People welcomed me
very friendly. I was very happy about that. A
lot of people came talking to me. One woman said to me, "You look twelve
years old!" A Bible story was a little difficult for me
to understand. In the afternoon, Kathleen and I went to a library. The library had a section forJapanese comic books. I read some comic books, and it was interesting. In the evening, I watched Kathleen's favorite Japanese animation titled "Princess Jellyfish." It was a very fun animation! We watched the animation from the beginning to the end without stopping. Kathleen could sing its opening song. |

We went to the Museum of Flight
with Mr. Jim. The museum had
exhibits about airplanes and spaceships. The museum was very
huge. We stayed at the museum about six hours. We got on some old
airplanes. My favorite airplane was the one for President. It was such
a cool airplane, and its interiors were very gorgeous. The president room
even had the entrance for a dog. I thought that
it was a fun idea. We saw space suits, space food, a
space shuttle and so on too. The museum was well worth seeing.
I totally enjoyed the museum. After that, Kathleen and I went to Uwajimaya. It sold a lot of Asian goods, so I felt like being in Japan. We went to Kinokuniya Bookstore, and saw a lot of people there. Kathleen and I talked with about our favorite comic books with each other. I saw some Japanese magazines there too. Kinokuniya sold two-month-old magazines. I was surprised to see them. |

I had a big plobrem. I had trouble with flushing my toilet and the water flooded out all over the bathroom floor. I was very surprised, and I didn't understand what had happened. Bill didn't go to church to clean the mess. Kathleen and I went to a coin laundry. When Kathleen said to me, "No ploblem," I started to feel calm down little by little. I still feel sorry for what happened. |

Kathleen and I went
sightseeing to Olympia. At first, we went to an outdoor
shop. The shop had a very big animal
figure. It was very impressive. I saw real guns in the
store too. When I tried to hold a gun, I was scared. I
heard that a lot of people purchased a gun
there. Next, we went to Capital. Capital was a very quiet place. I liked the place, which was like a maze. After that, we went to Kathleen's hometown. She showed me around her elementary school, high school, and a unique furniture shop. After dinner, we watched some DVDs. Bill watched DVDs of Japanese trains. Probably they were DVDs of JR Kyushu. We watched "Ratatouille" too. I enjoyed watching many movies on DVD during my stay. |

We went to church. I was able to understand Bible
stories better than before. After church, we went shopping, and I chose two yogurts for my breakfast. I felt lonely because I knew that I was leaving for Japan soon. I made dinner for my family that day. I made Donburi rice. Bill and Kathleen said, "Delicious." They even asked for the second serving of the dish. I was very happy. |
