   Scott is a gentle and family-oriented man . He loves Japanese food like Japanese people. He sometimes drove me to the study center, and we talked about Japan. He is good at cooking, and the dinner he made was very delicious. He took me to an ice hockey game and a Japanese restaurant . I enjoyed going out with him.

Jennifer
host mother
   Jennifer is very kind and cheerful . She is a teacher. She drove me to and from the study center almost every day. I enjoyed talking with her. She made me many kinds of dishes. I enjoyed and loved eating them. She took me to supermarkets many times, and bought me some candies which she recommended .

Zachery
host brother
   Zach is gentle and good at singing . He likes riding a bicycle, and he often cycles with his friends. He also likes to use a computer. I heard that he helped with a computer at the church, but I didn't have a chance to see that. He always sings at home, and I miss his singing voice.

Christopher
host brother
   Chris is very kind. When I came home, he always said, "Hi, Rio," to me . It made me happy. He always helped his mother such as clearing the table and so on. I was happy that he came to our Sayonara Party with Zach because I didn't have a chance to go out with him during my stay.

Cosette
host sister
   Cosette is kind and cheerful. She likes putting on make-up, doing her nails, and hanging out with her friends. I enjoyed talking with her and her friends. She helped me when I couldn't understand the conversation. I enjoyed talking about many things and going to many places with her.

Hunter
host brother
Hunter is very cheerful and cute. He likes video games, movies, and Pokemon. He always watched animated movies. I sometimes watched movies with him. I enjoyed watching "Mr. Peabody & Sherman" and many movies with him. I also enjoyed playing with him.

Tate

   Tate was always staying with Walter. She followed Scott when he was at home. She likes peanut butter , and she sometimes got it from the family.

Walter
   Walter is big, but a peaceful dog. He was always staying with Tate. He also likes peanut butter , and he sometimes got it from the family. He was very active, and he broke the toy which I gave him.

Willow
   Willow is obedient and friendly. She sometimes capitulated with me. When she was hungry in the morning, she came to the front of my room . She was usually obedient, but she sometimes went up onto the roof.

* Because of the Boyer family's situation, I moved to Laura's home over the last weekend and stayed with her family for the rest of my stay.
