Laura's Classes

Laura

Thacher Guide

Laura is our teacher guide and my host mother. She is kind and funny, so we enjoyed her classes. We learned many things about America, cooking and so on from her.

Feb. 14 (Sun.)

We arrived in Seattle and met Laura. We then went to a chocolate factory, Snoqualmie Falls and a shopping mall.

After that, we arrived at the study center. Laura, Kanako and I went to my host family's house. There were a lot of cute furniture, ornaments of birds and tea cups in their house. Laura, Kanako, Dennis, and I played a card game “Go Fish” and we had chicken soup that Dennis made. The card game was difficult for me. We made cookies later. They tasted very sweet.
