Happy Weekends
2/12 （Sun）
I got up at eight o'clock and ate a piece of apple pie, some bacon and sausages for breakast. They were all very delicious. Daryl took me to Snoqualmie Falls. I saw such large falls for the first time. The scenery was very beautiful. I walked around the place with Daryl for one hour, so I got tired, but I enjoyed talking and taking a lot of pictures with him. It was a little cold, but I felt comfortable. I was surprised because he took off his court when we were walking. I said to Daryl, “Thank you for taking me there.” I was very happy.
After that, I went to a gift shop with Jane. She bought me lemonade and postcards of Snoqualmie Falls. On our way home, we went to a restaurant, and I ate big chicken and mashed potato. I took the leftover home because I was full. In the evening, we watched TV together.

2/18 （Sat）
I went to a shopping mall with Jane, Maggie, Carter and Kacin. Jane took me to a clothes store, which having a huge sale, so I got a good deal. I bought T-shirts and jeans. They were 11 dollars, which was very reasonable! I ate Teriyaki for lunch at the food court. Teriyaki was popular food in America. Also, I ordered some green tea. I was surprised that the tea was too sweet. It tasted like regular tea. The shopping mall was very large. Carter played with his friends while I went shopping with Jane. Carter was very cheerful and cute.

2/19 （Sun）
I got up at nine o'clock, and played Wii and some games with Carter in the morning. His favorite was boxing with Wii. He was strong and powerful.
In the afternoon, I went shopping with Carter and Jane. I bought a wallet at COACH. It was cheaper than the one sold in Japan. The price of the bags there was reasonable too. After eating, I felt suddenly ill, so we came back home.
2/25 （Sat）
We went to a doughnut store in the morning. The store had about twenty kinds of doughnuts. I ate a very big peanut butter chocolate doughnut for breakfast. It was very delicious, but it was a little too sweet for me.
After that, we went to Seattle sightseeing. We went to Kerry Park to see the view of Seattle. I was moved that the view was very beautiful. Next, I went to Baindbridge Island with Daryl and Jane by ferryboat. It was a very cold day, but I was glad to see the wonderful view there. Jane bought me some clam chowder. It was creamy and tasted very good. After that, Jane took me to a souvenir store she recommended. It took me a little while to choose souvenirs for my family because the store had a lot of pretty goods. Jane bought a post card for my mother. Daryl was waiting for us for a long time. I felt they were very kind.
At night, we watched a movie while eating dinner. It was an interesting movie with romance.

2/26 （Sun）
I spent all day at home. In the morning, Jane made me cinnamon French toast. I was surprised that she bought expensive chocolates for my sister. It was my sister's birthday that day, and chocolate was her favorite.
In the afternoon, Jane taght me how to make a present box. I made it pretty. I made it while I was talking with Jane about Japanese food and Japanese popular music. Jane had a lot of paper and craft tools. She showed me some of her paper craft. They were very cute.
In the evening, I made jinger pork and Chirashi-zushi. I was glad that Jane and Daryl said, “It was good.“
