Feb. 11th (Sun)

Debbie and Bill took me to a museum called Chihuly Garden and Glass in Seattle. Before going to America, I had checked about Seattle and I wanted to go there, so my dream came true. The glass art was colorful and very beautiful. I was so impressed. I was glad to go there.

We ate Chinese food for lunch. All the staff who worked there were Chinese, so it was hard for us to order.

After coming home, Debbie gave me a notebook that she bought at the souvernie shop at the museum. It was really a nice notebook. I was surprised and happy.

Feb. 17th (Sat）

I got up late because it was a weekend. Bill was not home because of his work every Saturday.

First, Debbie and I went to Erika's house. Erika is Debbie's second daughter. Her house was big and nice. I met Erika's daughter, Khlone. She was 6 years old and very cute. At first, she seemed shy, but I went to her room and played with her. She had many dolls, toys, books, and so on in her room.

After that, we went to Costco. I had never been there in Japan, so I was excited.

We ate Mexican food for lunch. It was delicious. We also went out to eat sushi. Debbie and Bill said that they love it. Actually, I don't like sushi very much, so I ate side dishes a lot.

Feb. 18th（Sun）

In the morning, Debbie thaught me how to make crafts. I made two patterns of art frames with ink. We then went to Nicole's house. Nicole is Debbie's third daughter. I borrowed a Halloween costume from her. Nicole has a baby and her name is Maxine. She is so cute.

After that, we went to a shopping mall, and I bought souvenirs. While we were walking, we met Rika and her host mother by chance. We were surprised with each other.

We ate pizza for lunch. It was big and delicious.

In the evening, we went to a movie theater and we watched “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.” It was a funny movie and everyone was laughing. When I came back to Japan, that movie was getting very popular, so I was surprised. We had a great time.

　Feb. 24th（Sat）　

I went to Tacoma Dome with Debbie. It was a large hall and had various booths inside. Debbie bought a bag and some food. A famous person came and had a talk show. After that, we got the speaker's autograph and took a picture with her. I didn't know about her, but I was still happy.

In the evening, I went to Snoqualmie Falls with Bill, Debbie and their dog Dino. I saw the big falls, which was great. Bill and Debbie took me to many places, so I felt happy.

We went to a restaurant and enjoyed dinner. We spent a nice day.

Feb. 25th（Sun）

I got up early to work on my journal. After breakfast, we went to see the home show in seattle. The kitcken exhibits, bathroom equipments and many other things were displayed at the show. The hall was very large, so we walked around a lot.

After that, we went to an all-you-can-eat restaurant. The clam chowder was very delicious.

I learned that Debbie couldn't drive me to the study center the next morning, so I stayed at Laura's house that night. Her house was big and nice. Mami was staying at Laura's house too because her host fater was in a hospital.

After taking a shower, we made cookies together. It was fun.
