The day of departure
...
Before leaving the house, Melody had to
leave for work, so I hugged her goodbye at home. I cried
and couldn't say anything. Melody said while we hugged, "You can come home anytime." Even in the car, I was crying and couldn't
say anything. When we arrived at the study center, I hugged Mike good-bye.
Mike said, "We'll meet again." I couldn't stop
crying.
We went to the airport. We said goodbye
to Alissa at the final gate. While we were waiting for the plane, we enjoyed
shopping. I bought a Seattle hoodie. On the flight, I was fine with motion
sickness medication and bracelets.

Arrived in
Japan!
It took about 10 hours to
return, and finally we were back in Japan. After landing, we started speaking in
Japanese and found it strange that everyone was speaking in Japanese. Several hours later,
my mother picked me up at Nigata Station, and we went home together.
