Chris
(Host Father)

Chris works hard at both his job and taking care of his children. He was kind to me and answered my questions clearly. After school, I played with Chris and the children until dinner time.

Abbie
(Host Mother)

On weekdays, she drove me to the study center. Abbie is good at cooking. All the dishes Abbie made were delicious. She was very kind and always cared about how I was feeling. She listened to me carefully, and I was very happy that she was interested in Japan.

Eloise
(Host Sister)
Eloise was always full of energy. She loves OREOs. Whenever she came into my room, she would say, "Can I have an OREO?" It was so cute. After we came home from school, we played together every day. We practiced the alphabet, did coloring, and made origami. When we read picture books together, she helped me with my pronunciation.

Arthur
(Host Brother)

Arthur is a calm boy with a very cute smile. He had just learned how to clap hands. He showed us his clapping when we were eating. He cheerfully crawled around the house.

Lydia
(Host Sister)

Lydia is a curious baby. She laughed and cried a lot. When I looked at her, she smiled back at me. It was so cute. She had just learned to stand. Sometimes we practiced walking together while holding hands.
