Thank-you
Letters
Dear Stone Family,
Hi!
How are
you doing, Will and Kari?
Thank you so much for warmly welcoming
me into your home for three weeks. My English was not very good, so I had a
hard time sometimes. But you always used simple words that I could understand, and you
always tried to understand what I wanted to say. That really put me at
ease and helped me a lot.
Thank you for letting me try
everything I wanted to do and for giving me so many wonderful experiences.
I will never forget our glamping trip, shopping together, doing puzzles,
and all the fun times we shared.
And Fargus, Ollie, and Ernie, I
miss you all so much!
Thank
you again for all the wonderful
memories and experiences. You are like a second family to me. I will always be
grateful for everything.
I love you all!
Love, Saki
| Dear Laura, Hi, Laura! How are you doing? When I first met you, I was amazed by your incredible energy! Every day, you were full of energy and always made us smile. Your English classes were easy to understand and so much fun. I was especially impressed by your bowling! You bowled like a professional. Thank you for teaching us how to bowl. It became one of my favorite memories. I really miss hearing you say, "Yoku dekimashita!" ("Well done!") to us. I'm truly grateful for everything you did for us. I love you! Love, Saki |
