Class, Visit Federal Way City Hall
We first learned about American education in the morning. We also
spent the morning time preparing questions for our afternoon visit to the
City Hall.
We visited Federal Way City Hall in the afternoon. We first had a short lecture about the
city of Federal Way from Mayor Skip Priest, and then looked around the floor.
We next visited the police department, which is in the same building as the City Hall, and we had a staff show us around and answer some questions about the police work in Federal Way.
We finally visited a local court on the same premises, and there met Judge
Larson, who talked about his job, answering some questions from us.
Judge Larson kindly let us put on his black robe to take our memorable
pictures.
