Class, and Holiday Activities Day 

In the morning, we started our holiday activities day by exchanging St. Valentine's cards, then put on a Halloween costume and visited another assisted-living facility, Mill Ridge Village, in the city of Milton for trick-or-treating. We knocked on the doors of several residents and asked for candy. It was a fun activity to start with. The residents at the facility were all so kind.

After we came back to the study center, we set up the table for the Thanksgiving lunch. The host families collectively provided the meal, and two families graciously came and joined our lunch and afternoon activities. We really enjoyed the traditional holiday lunch, which even included Christmas cookies and pumpkin pie as desserts. We spent the afternoon talking with two host fathers, Jan and Tom, and answering many questions they had for us. We finally spent some time practicing singing as well as giving a number-count presentation in front of the host families for the elementary school visit the next day.
