Message

When I was a high school student, I learned that Niigata Seiryo University Junior College had a study abroad program, but I was not interested in it at that time.  I had never thought that I would go to America either.  After I entered the college, we had our seniors talk about GRCC, and then I got interested in studying abroad.  I was nervous about going to America, but my family suppoated me, so I got to be looking forward to going to America .    After I arrived in America, I faced homesickness or culture shock and other problems. However, my family and my friends in Japan always cheered me up, so I was able to get over each trouble.  Especially, the Beekley Family helped me a lot.  Thanks to the Beekley Family, I enjoyed my life abroad and did not feel alone.  I am deeply grateful to them.   Finally,  I will never forget about my American family and these six months .  I hope I will go  to America and see them again someday.
