First Day

Arrive in America
　After we arrived in America, we were not allowed to speak in Japanese. Our teacher guide, Alissa, and coordinator, Mary, came to pick us up at the airport. Alissa gave us handmade bracelets with our names on them. Our driver, Kim, came to pick us all up in a big car.
　We saw waterfalls and went to a shopping mall.

Meet Host Family
　We arrived at the study center. Our host family came to pick us up there. When I arrived at my host family's home, I greeted their pets. They showed me the rooms and gave me a welcome present.

Alyssa gave us handmade bracelets.
