Visit Green River College and a Local Retirement Home

We visited our sister school Green River College in the morning.  The campus was huge and full of nature and looked very different from our college in Japan.  While we were looking around the campus, we happened to see two of the students from Seiryo Junior College who had been studying for the past 5 months at GRCC.  We had lunch at the student center, and then left the campus for our next destination: a local nursing home.

We visited a nursing home near the study center. A staff member showed us around, and the place was like a beautiful condo or hotel with nice facilities and staff.  We later spent a little time to meet a group of residents, who were having afternoon tea break, and then sang a Japaense song for them and enjoyed talking with them.  The senior people we met were all so nice to talk with.
