Class and Fire Department Visit

We spent the morning discussing what we had done the previous night and preparing for our afternoon visit to a local fire department.

Since Yui wasn’t feeling well, the rest of us visited the fire station in District 13 in Brown Point, Pierce County, in the afternoon. The fire chief gave us a brief lecture about their work, and we took turns asking him questions.

Afterward, we toured the station, including getting on a fire truck and an aid car. We also had the chance to put on a firefighting jacket and try spraying water at a target. The firefighters were incredibly kind, and we had a great time throughout the afternoon.
