Shannon

Shannon is my host mother. She is very kind, and she always cared about me. She wasn't at home sometimes because she worked at night, but she often talked to me when I saw her. The house and the rooms were decorated with Shannon's taste. They were very cute. Shannon liked holidays such as Halloween and Christmas. When I was worried about something, I always asked her for advice, so I missed her when I came back to Japan.

Michael

Micheal is my host father. Eveyone calls him Mike. He talked with me like his daughter. He could do everything. He always made dinner such as big hamburgers. They were very delicious. He helped his daughter with her homework every day. When I went out, he gave me a ride to a bus stop or a store.

Kiera

Kiera is a cheerful 13-year-old girl. She told me many things. She likes doing nails and coloring, and she often enjoyed roller-skating in her house. When she had spare time, she took pictures with a snap chat. She understood my English, and we talked about various things.

Clare

Clare is a cute 9-year-old girl. She likes being fashionable and drawing pictures. She often drew some portraits of me, which were done very well. She played to copy movie characters with Kiera. She loves cats, and she often patted them.

Yilia

Yilia is a Chinese, who studied at the academic level of CRC. She likes Japan, and she studies Japanese. She told me about the college and the house. She likes cats, and we watched videos about cats when we had dinner. We felt relaxed while we were watching one.

Brooke

Brooke, who was from Missoula, Montana, was practicing softball at GRC. She and I were the same age, but she looked more matured. She wasn't at home sometimes because she was very busy, but when I saw her, she talked to me.

Frank

Frank is a Chinese, and he studied at the IESL class in GRC. He likes Japanese animation and games. He cooked Chinese food for us.

　The cats were very cute. When I came back home, they were often sleeping on my bed. Joy loved Shannon and spent most time with her. I felt relaxed to see those pets.

　Shannon decorated my room for me, and it was so cute.

There were chairs, tables and many flowers in the wide garden. The cats were basking in the sun, and Joy was running around.
